    AIR-WATER HEAT PUMP FOR SPLIT INSTALLATION

    Our MUSE-S air-water heat pump adheres to the consistent high European performance and design norms, even with our compact structure and easy installation. By combining DC inverter technology with EVI jet enthalpy compression technology, the coefficient of performance (COP) is among the best on the market. What’s more, the operation is extremely reliable, even in harsh conditions (-25..45°C) we can still guarantee your comfortable indoor climate. Integrated design and wide frequency conversion technology, easy installation, hybrid software for gas boilers or solar solutions, perfectly combinable with convectors or underfloor systems, makes heating and cooling as simple as never before and a perfect choice for your renovated or new home.

    HIGHER EFFICIENCY


    The MUSE-S air to water heat pump is equipped with powerful EVI 

    compressor and energy control system. It can reach an A++ energy 

    class for the production of water at 55°C and A+++ for the 

    production of water at 35°C.

    R32 REFRIGERANT


    MUSE-S uses the new ecological R32 refrigerant gas, with low global 

    warming potential, in line with the European F-gas regulation, for the 

    progressive reduction of the use of greenhouse gases. Thanks to its 

    675 GWP, which is about one third of the GWP of R410a, it helps to 

    reduce equivalent CO2 emissions, which are the main causes of 

    global warming.

    FRESH & FAST DOMESTIC HOT WATER


    With the help of EVI technology, without auxiliary electric heating, the 

    domestic outlet water temperature can easily reach 60°C, even at 

    outdoor temperatures of -15°C. Fast DHW program works together 

    with the W-soul fresh water station, providing instant and fresh hot 

    water for you.

    LOW NOISE LEVEL


    Compressor with dual vibration reducing design and with metal noise

    reducing cover, full DC inverter (compressor, fan and circulation pump) 

    makes silent and extra silent mode as standard feature. Users can choose between different silent modes based on different time period.

    CONTROL SYSTEM

    Smart hybrid system with gas boiler

    Easily connect to your existing gas boiler and get a hybrid system. The MUSE-S heat pump is equipped with the m-source multi-energy management program, which can be easily and efficiently managed whether you use a gas boiler or a wood-fired pellet boiler as a backup heat source.

    Automatic switching or cooperation between heat pump and gas boiler to ensure the efficient and stable operation of your system. You can even add solar heating to your system to take advantage of nature’s heat.

    Smart grid ready

    If the photovoltaic power supply is sufficient, the heat pump will operate at its maximum capacity, first heating the DHW tank to its highest temperature, and then storing the heat/cold in the buffer tank, with or without PCM’s.

    Touch screen controller

    Jaga JAHPTC02 is a 4.3” color touch screen heat pump controller. It has several built-in parameter settings, such as: operating mode, domestic hot water, temperature setting, sound pressure level, hybrid system, PCM, ... There is also a built-in display menu for failure history.

    LINK&CARE SERVICE PLATFORM


    Thanks to the built-in 4G communication module and Link&Care service 

    platform, our heat pump is always connected to the installer and 

    after-sales technical support engineers. Any failure of the heat pump 

    will be immediately notified to the installer. The installer can perform 

    troubleshooting and parameter adjustment through our Link&Care 

    app or web, in order to immediately help users troubleshoot, reduce 

    unnecessary travel, save time and cost, and improve user satisfaction.
